The No Profit Association UN FILO PER LA VITA will be present as a member of PACIFHAN “International Alliance for Patient Organisations for Chronic Intestinal Failure and Home Artificial Nutrition” at international scientific event “Espen 2015″: The World Congress on artificial nutrition which will be held in Lisbon from September 5th to 8th.
On September 4th, in particular, has set the annual meeting of the representatives of the founders PACIFHAN (Italy, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Poland, United States, Australia and New Zealand) to approve the Strategic Alliance Agreement of the organization and promotion of the activities for 2016.
Thanks to the important support of the Committee MCI / Espen the PACIFHAN can set up his own corner to raise awareness of the organization to all participants at the prestigious congress. Throughout the event we will be also distributed the brochure of the organization. The final event will take place then Sunday, September 6th, 2015 when the association PACIFHAN will be officially presented to the public of ESPEN.
ESPEN congress is an event of international dedicated to the clinical nutrition and metabolism.
It promotes:
• basic and clinical research
• basic and advanced training
• organization of consensus statements about clinical care and care quality control
The aims of ESPEN are to encourage the rapid diffusion of knowledge and its application in the field of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition or, more generally, Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism.
It also promotes the experimental and clinical research, promotes high ethical standards of practice and research, and sensitizes the contact between researchers and clinicians in related fields.
